Top Plus been engaging in production of headwear since 1980s. In order to ensure more competitive price and also great quality, for both our customers and us, we relocated our factory from Taiwan to Guangdong China in 2004.

We are experienced to meet with a customization of small amount yet many varieties demands. For example, we ever successfully complete POs with 1,000dz total volume in 30 different specs ,sizes, shapes, appearance, fabrics...and so on. In other words, we are highly skilled in quality control during production process, but not only beautiful samples. It will be no problems if you also have special requests of inspection during or after production. We are able to produce all kinds of hats such as baseball cap, trucker hat, cricket-cap, ski hat, flat hat, top hat, banama hat, cornet hat, shell-like bonnet, beret, all kinds of bonnets, hood, garrison cap, bush hat, picturehat(not straw way), cricket-cap, stovepi, casquette, fedora, moisture-absorbable hat...etc.

During these years, we support to many professional brands, and make caps in all kinds of fabrics and shapes to meet our clients' requests. We served directly or indirectly for The North Face, QUICK SILVER, Disney, Hello Kitty, Rocky Brand, BUCK WEAR, MAMMUT, KINGSPORT, Game Wear, BRP company brands(SEA-Doo, SKI-Doo, Can-Am), FLAT FITTY, KAPPA, MOSSY OAK, PIPELINE ...etc.. We are able to design or cooperate design with customers, to develop, advise, and discuss for your sample hats, engineer drawings, sample pictures, or even ideas/concepts only.

There are printing(normal, rubber, transfer, foam printing...etc) and embroidering(including 3Ds) machine within our factory. Thus we can provide samples very soon, when receiving any request by our clients. In addition, we have 2 factories(ZhongShan, and Guangxi) to support for production needs, so you won't have to worry about the capacity issue. Our production is highly flexible, which can produce and handle to output huge quantity of hats, even the volume increasing dramatically in a short period. Currently, we are keeping 10,000~15,000dz production volume per month, and we can further attain to produce 60,000dz caps use up to 600 sets of advanced sewing and embroidery machines in 2 working factories.
